Lead people strategy for Emirati partners by partnering with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent and performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Serve as an advisor on employee lifecycle matters, policies, and organizational change while using workforce data and AI/digital tools to inform decisions. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding, manage workforce transition projects, and support Emiratization goals with clear KPIs.
