Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain client relationships and act as a lead benefit advisor and subject matter expert on ancillary benefits.
  • •Negotiate terms, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers; support quotation and pre-renewal preparation.
  • •Maintain project plans to ensure client deliverables are completed on time and accurately; delegate work to junior team members.
  • •Oversee implementations of new business and manage open enrollment deliverables, including employee materials and presentations.
  • •Review RFPs and insurance plan analyses, recommend renewal actions, and help ensure compliance with plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs).
