•Lead a small team of electrical test engineers and technicians, setting direction, priorities, and expectations for execution.
•Set the technical vision and roadmap for electrical test infrastructure, aligning team priorities with broader hardware and product goals.
•Own and architect system-level validation in partnership with systems engineering across development phases, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficient execution.
•Define and enforce best practices for test architecture, automation, data quality, and documentation to scale team effectiveness.
•Architect and guide the development of Python-based test infrastructure, automation frameworks, and lab test systems.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: 130,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS or greater in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
•5+ years experience in system validation, test engineering, electrical engineering, or similar roles.
•Demonstrated experience mentoring and driving team execution.

•Experience with scripting (Python or similar) and version control (Git).
