Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP IBP for the Printing supply planning team, ensuring correct and efficient system use during planning cycles.
  • •Provide second-level IBP support and troubleshoot data inconsistencies, integration errors, and user failures; escalate to IT or relevant project teams when needed.
  • •Support supply planners generating the supply plan by ensuring data accuracy, user correctness, and system reliability.
  • •Lead testing activities (UAT and regression testing) for new IBP releases and supply chain projects impacting IBP, including enhancements and configuration changes.
  • •Document and maintain SOPs, supply chain maps, training materials, and process guidelines; train and coach the supply planning team on IBP functionalities and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain, IT, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4 (Master Data, PO management) and SAP IBP (Forecast/Demand, Supply, Inventory, Time Series).
  • •Strong interest in supply chain planning systems and supply planning processes (inventory management, capacity planning, allocation management, shortage mitigation, NPI).
  • •Advanced analytical capabilities with strong Excel and Power BI skills.
  • •Project management experience and fluent English with excellent communication and training skills.
