Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on cost and procurement strategies, including vendor prequalification, bid review, bid leveling recommendations, and chairing bid interviews.
  • •Develop and review comprehensive project estimates across construction and related costs; present estimates, deliver value engineering recommendations, and assess risk.
  • •Establish reporting schedules and manage cost reporting and forecasts, including budgets/spend reviews, commercial risk registers, and project team/vendor meetings.
  • •Manage cost control by reviewing payment application assessments, recommending contractor entitlements, evaluating change order requests, and applying dispute prevention, management, and resolution procedures.
  • •Oversee invoicing alignment and final accounting, including post-contract audits, account closeouts, and post-contract reviews; use bid and cost tools and software for analysis and take-offs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in cost management or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on medium to large-scale construction projects across a variety of project types.
  • •Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement routes, value management, and value engineering principles.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
