Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with HR business partners as a compensation subject-matter expert and provide consultative support for compensation reviews, benchmarking, and problem-solving.
  • •Manage job architecture and job leveling, including salary structures, pay ranges, and benchmarking methodologies.
  • •Develop and maintain salary ranges using market data, internal equity, and geography.
  • •Support global annual compensation programs (bonus, merit/promotion/LTI, and market pricing) and analyze market data and compensation trends to drive programs.
  • •Design, administer, and evaluate employee benefits programs, partnering with benefit brokers, insurance providers, and other vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of global compensation manager experience.
  • •Experience developing and communicating salary ranges and compensation frameworks to HR teams, managers, and employees.
  • •Expert in Excel and data analysis; Power Query/Power BI is a plus.
  • •Proficiency in AI tools.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels in a fast-paced environment.
