Key Responsibilities

•Support enterprise rollouts by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and assisting with client communications.
•Drive customer engagement through check-in emails, scheduling QBRs, and preparing usage summaries.
•Maintain relationships by supporting follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day enterprise account tasks.
•Assist implementation by tracking milestones, gathering customer information, creating timelines and checklists, and monitoring risks/blockers.
•Facilitate onboarding and adoption by scheduling training, sending welcome materials, tracking early adoption tasks, and managing account activity in HubSpot.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 50,000 - 85,000 annually
