Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive customer engagement through check-in emails, scheduling QBRs, and preparing usage summaries.
  • •Maintain relationships by supporting follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day enterprise account tasks.
  • •Assist implementation by tracking milestones, gathering customer information, creating timelines and checklists, and monitoring risks/blockers.
