Key Responsibilities

  • •Prospect new outbound leads and create first impressions to build pipeline for account executives and senior management.
  • •Follow up on and qualify inbound requests via telephone and email for scientific and business fit.
  • •Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads in CRM while measuring conversion and performance against quota.
  • •Develop and deliver tailored pitches by researching companies and identifying key stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with Account Executives and field marketing/sales teams to drive outbound prospecting and attendance at events (e.g., executive dinners, happy hours).

Key Requirements

  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to cold call and prospect effectively for new business opportunities.
  • •Self-motivated, willing to go beyond strict responsibilities, and able to meet/exceed goals.
  • •Excellent organization and attention to detail, including accurate record-keeping and follow-through.
  • •BS degree (life sciences preferred) is a plus; prior Business Development/Sales experience in SaaS/B2B, plus cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, is a plus.
