Job Summary

Own and optimize global media financial workflows by serving as the functional expert for Mediaocean platforms (Prisma, Spectra) and ensuring clean integrations with Deltek Maconomy ERP. Support end-to-end media billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end reporting, while maintaining governance aligned to internal controls and SOX requirements. Partner with agency finance, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT to onboard agencies, train users, and implement automation and exception-based controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end media finance workflows, including billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and cash application processing.
•Configure and optimize Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) workflows, templates, and settings to increase processing throughput.
•Monitor data integration between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, ensuring master data integrity and resolving integration bottlenecks.
•Coordinate with agency finance teams, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT to train users and onboard new agencies into standardized workflows.
•Produce and analyze media financial reporting (spend pacing, revenue status, variances), support month-end close, and enforce governance aligned to SOX and audit controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a centralized Shared Services (SSC/BPO) environment.
•Hands-on administrative or advanced operational experience with Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
•Strong financial literacy, including multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
•Advanced MS Excel skills for reconciling, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets.
