Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary Banking Domain SME for client engagements, advising on banking transformation, modernization strategies, and industry best practices.
  • •Create business capability maps, value streams, customer journeys, and target architectures across retail/corporate banking, payments, lending, trade finance, treasury, risk/compliance, and customer channels/customer 360.
  • •Own enterprise architecture for secure, resilient, scalable Azure/AWS cloud solutions, including landing zones, hybrid cloud, networking, identity, security, governance, and cloud operating models.
  • •Design cloud-native and data platforms (APIs, event-driven architecture, microservices, Kubernetes, serverless, Lakehouse/data warehouse/streaming/MDM) and define observability, resiliency, DR/BC, encryption, secrets management, and FinOps/governance.
  • •Architect secure enterprise GenAI/Agentic AI solutions for banking use cases using embeddings, RAG, vector databases, orchestration/multi-agent systems, and ensure governance for explainability, approvals, guardrails, auditability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years combining banking domain expertise with cloud, data, AI, and Agentic AI architecture.
  • •Minimum 5+ years as an Enterprise, Solution, or Business Architect, with 5+ years delivering Banking Transformation or Digital Banking programs.
  • •Strong banking domain expertise across areas like Retail/Corporate Banking, Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, Treasury, Risk/Compliance, and Customer 360.
  • •Proven experience architecting and implementing secure banking solutions on Azure and/or AWS, including cloud-native APIs, event-driven architecture, streaming, Lakehouse, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless computing.
  • •Practical experience designing secure AI and Agentic AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, orchestration, GenAIOps/LLMOps) with enterprise AI governance, model risk management, and cloud security/identity/observability/governance.
