Job Summary

Support Shared Services Accounts Payable in a high-volume, automated, SOX-controlled environment by analyzing AP processes, resolving exceptions, and executing daily/weekly/monthly AP tasks. Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders, provide auditor support, and maintain accurate, compliant processing with an emphasis on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze accounts payable processes and resolve exceptions in a SOX-controlled, high-volume environment.
•Execute daily, weekly, and monthly AP-assigned tasks and ensure compliance with processes, policies, and controls.
•Use analytical tools to monitor and investigate inefficiencies or process failures, then propose improvement implementations.
•Correspond with vendors and internal stakeholders and promptly respond to escalated inquiries.
•Identify root causes for discrepancies, provide feedback to management on systems improvements or training needs, and support auditors as requested.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable functions within a Shared Services.

•Ability to navigate competing priorities from various stakeholders while maintaining a collaborative culture.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
