•Address and solve legal challenges in transactions, including advising on changes to commercial lending legal requirements.

Key Requirements

•Licensed by and in good standing with the appropriate state bar association (or other appropriate state attorney licensing authority).
•3-5+ years of legal experience, including leading commercial loan transactions in law firm practice and/or in-house experience at a regulated financial institution.
•Strong knowledge of commercial lending transactions, including real estate secured lending and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) experience.
•Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing legal issue-spotting with strong risk identification skills.
•Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution; admitted to the State Bar in good standing.
