Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high-level customer service with all customers.
  • •Coordinate and initiate dispatch requests and changes with the sales team and other departments.
  • •Coordinate and manage final dispatch responsibilities, scheduling drivers for equipment pickups and deliveries.
  • •Monitor drivers’ hours and scheduling to ensure availability for delivery coverage.
  • •Support delivery operations for a construction equipment rental facility in Dallas.

Key Requirements
