Key Responsibilities

  • •Build data products, pipelines, and semantic layers that power decision-making across Finance, People Experience, and Legal.
  • •Design and maintain a governed Snowflake semantic layer that translates business concepts into metrics, dimensions, and definitions.
  • •Develop and test dbt models and snapshots that support monthly financial and workforce reporting cycles.
  • •Extend reporting capabilities so G&A questions can be answered conversationally with appropriate guardrails.
  • •Partner with Finance, Legal, and People teams to translate questions into trusted data products, providing senior guidance to the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience building SQL data models using dbt for testing, documentation, and snapshotting.
  • •Comfort validating your own outputs and standing behind the numbers a model produces.
  • •Experience designing and maintaining a governed semantic layer in Snowflake with clear metrics, dimensions, and definitions.
  • •Ability to partner with Finance, Legal, and People teams to translate questions into trusted, easy-to-use data products.
  • •A senior mindset: sharing patterns, mentoring others, and helping set consistent standards for building data solutions.
