Job Summary

Support repair and calibration activities for measuring and test equipment and test systems within Repair & Maintenance Engineering. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, validate calibration and maintenance procedures, and implement test system modifications based on released engineering drawings. Work alongside multi-disciplined teams with minimal direct oversight, handling topics such as physical, dimensional, and electronic calibration as well as gases and electromechanical equipment. Onsite at Raytheon’s Huntsville, AL facility, including possible overnight shifts.

•Calibrate and maintain measuring and test equipment and test systems
•Troubleshoot and repair measuring and test equipment and test systems

•Handle gases and electromechanical equipment; work any designated shift including overnight

Key Requirements

•A university degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field
•Experience with calibration and maintenance of measuring or test equipment and/or test systems
•Physical, dimensional and/or electronic calibration experience
•Ability to obtain interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date
•Working knowledge of calibration and maintenance quality standards (preferred)
