Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day TMP bus transportation operations, including routes, scheduling, and special trip planning.
  • •Ensure safe scheduling, dispatching, vehicle maintenance, and passenger movement per Army regulations, contract requirements, and SOPs.
  • •Recruit, train, evaluate, and supervise bus drivers, substitute drivers, and bus aids.
  • •Maintain accurate vehicle, driver qualification, and equipment records, including timely reporting and required spreadsheets.
  • •Coordinate daily with the Government and TMP customers to support safe and on-time mission completion, including accident investigations and compliance reporting.

Salary: USD 53,325 - 90,642

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in transportation or motor pool operations.
  • •Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A/B with Passenger Endorsement preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Working knowledge of Army transportation regulations and safety programs.
  • •Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening, including obtaining and maintaining a CAC.
