Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the MA Plan Command Center operating model, including governance, initiative portfolio management, prioritization, valuation, execution tracking, and executive reporting.
  • •Develop and evolve enterprise performance monitoring frameworks using leading/lagging indicators, dashboards, and KPIs, and use trends to identify risks and guide leadership decisions.
  • •Own standards for integrating operational, actuarial, and financial performance into executive-ready recommendations using responsible AI-enabled analytical methods while maintaining governance and data integrity.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment by setting ownership and decision rights across initiatives and resolving competing priorities in a matrixed organization.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Actuarial Strategic Operations team, setting priorities, performance expectations, quality standards, and capacity planning across a portfolio of work.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of progressive actuarial, healthcare finance, analytics, consulting, strategy, or operations experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
  • •Experience applying AI to improve analytical workflows, operational efficiency, or business decision-making.
  • •Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage economics, including medical cost trends, utilization management, risk adjustment, provider reimbursement, or value-based care.
  • •Advanced SQL and Excel skills, plus demonstrated experience using Python or R and business intelligence platforms.
  • •Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
