Own end-to-end payroll operations for domestic employees and global contractors, managing 30+ complex monthly runs and off-cycle adjustments. Drive multi-state payroll tax compliance, including setup, maintenance, and closure of state tax accounts with state agencies. Act as the hands-on Rippling payroll administrator, ensuring correct configurations, secure access, and accurate deductions/reconciliations. Support acquisition payroll integrations, year-end/W-2 operations, and maintain process runbooks.
