Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess dialysis patients’ care needs and plan, deliver, and evaluate holistic dialysis care in line with standards of Amana Healthcare.
  • •Provide all phases of dialysis care—pre, intra, and post—following evidence-based practices, scope of practice, and organizational policies.
  • •Administer medications accurately, respond to emergencies, and ensure dialysis equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
  • •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, apply critical thinking, manage conflicts and clinical challenges.
  • •Contribute to quality improvement and professional development, support organizational change, mentor junior staff, and uphold infection control and safety protocols with accurate documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • •Must have DOH License/Exam Pass or Active DHA License.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dialysis Nurse.
  • •Preferably current dialysis experience.
  • •Preferably long term care ventilated patient bedside experience.
