Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with press and laminator setup, including preparing ink, coating, adhesive, and equipment.
  • •Clean press pans, doctor blades, and laminator/press components; operate parts washing equipment as needed.
  • •Load/unload cylinders and raw materials and remove finished products during production.
  • •Monitor product quality during production to support consistent output.
  • •Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work area (including spill cleanup and trash removal), supporting operators and supervisors with additional tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in printing, web handling, and/or manufacturing.
  • •Accurate measurement skills, including knowledge of metric conversion.
  • •Basic mechanical ability.
  • •Solid communication and teamwork skills.
  • •Willing and able to operate forklifts and hand jacks as needed, and perform physical requirements for 12-hour shifts (up to 50 lbs).
