Job Summary

Own end-to-end employee lifecycle administration within a newly forming HR Services team at the regional headquarters. Provide accurate, timely, service-oriented HR support for employees and line managers, ensuring compliant, people-focused HR services from onboarding through offboarding. Prepare contracts and amendments, maintain HR master data in SuccessFactors/SAP, manage payroll-related data, and deliver second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss).

Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, ensuring a smooth and high-quality employee experience.
•Serve as the go-to partner for accurate, timely, service-oriented administrative HR support for employees and line managers.
•Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments, and manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits).
•Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP) and ensure timely, accurate payroll-related data.
•Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss), and advise on HR policies and employment conditions.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, with a solid understanding of the HR employee lifecycle.
•Familiar with HR processes and systems, and understands HR best practices.
•Team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation, and service thinking.
•Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
•Proficiency in English; Japanese/Korean is considered a plus.
