Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively champion a positive team culture through ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
  • •Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment and perform merchandising tasks (placing/arranging items on shelves and racks).
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
