Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end execution of procurement through receipt, verification, and delivery to the production line with clear accountability.
  • •Run the dock-to-floor pipeline: receiving, staging, reconciliation, deployment timing, and reverse logistics for swaps/refreshes/RMAs/vendor returns.
  • •Build and operate the software licensing function, including master inventory, cost-category model, enterprise licensing transition, renewals, and compliance/accounting.
  • •Create documented, repeatable SOPs and dashboards that scale the process reliably rather than relying on heroics.
  • •Ensure system integrity by keeping physical hardware and license status accurately mirrored across warehouse, ticketing, and asset-management tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated track record building operational processes or standing up a function from scratch.
  • •5+ years across operations, business operations, procurement, supply chain, IT/OT asset management, or a comparable generalist operating role.
  • •Depth in at least one of procurement/purchasing, asset/IT lifecycle management, or logistics.
  • •Fluency operating across connected systems (e.g., ticketing, warehouse, and ERP tools) and turning spreadsheet chaos into auditable process.
