Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred) with 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • •5+ years leading engineering teams in a complex enterprise environment, including leading multiple engineering teams.
  • •Experience delivering solutions on IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar planning platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment, or Kyvos, with finance planning support preferred.
  • •Strong modern software engineering knowledge including Python, Java, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • •Experience with CI/CD and software quality practices using tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins, plus platform modernization in cloud environments.
