Shipping and Receiving Clerk – 1st Shift M-F Starting $20/hr

Handle pricing and order details for catalog items, verify quantities, and extend orders while supporting customers both at the counter and by phone. Answer product and service questions to drive incremental sales, and assist customers with proper product application, features, and maintenance. Diagnose and resolve product/service issues by clarifying complaints, identifying causes, recommending solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
