Job Summary

Build and maintain high-availability, mission-critical payment platform components within a scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. Partner with a globally distributed onshore/onoffshore team to deliver features, resolve defects, and ensure seamless integration. Design and maintain solutions across a multi-technology stack, support production reliability for live systems, and drive continuous improvements through automation and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Work within an established Scrum team aligned to SAFe to support sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with onshore engineering teams to deliver features, resolve defects, and ensure integration across the delivery lifecycle.
•Design, develop, and maintain solutions across a multi-technology stack.
•Provide production support for critical live systems, focusing on performance, resilience, and compliance with enterprise standards and controls.
•Contribute to engineering best practices, automation, and process enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience with Java-based backend development and relational databases (Oracle).
•Experience with Spring Boot.
•Knowledge of TDD and BDD testing frameworks.
•Working knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular and JavaScript.
•Familiarity with SQL scripting and data handling; exposure to DevOps tooling.
