Submit daily reports using tools such as Microsoft Office and SAP.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain plant equipment by interpreting shop manuals and schematic drawings and following verbal instruction from supervision/co-workers.
•Operate shop equipment safely and accurately, including welders, lathes, grinders, and mills.
•Maintain boilers, hot water systems, HVAC, refrigeration, chiller systems, fire protection, and perform building repairs.
•Perform precise measurements and tests; troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical/control issues using tools such as a multimeter.
•Follow Safety, HAACP, GMP, and SQF policies, communicate across departments, and submit daily document reports using Microsoft Office/SAP.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED; two years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant production machinery (preferred).
•Mechanical aptitude to safely troubleshoot mechanical equipment and use hand and power tools correctly.
•Basic electrical training or experience equivalent to conduct basic electrical troubleshooting.
•Ability to operate shop equipment such as welders, lathes, grinders, and mills safely and accurately.
•Ability to interpret ladder logic and basic control circuits and work with minimal supervision.
