Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, facilitate, document, and participate in client meetings/workshops to gather, research, and analyze needs.
  • •Develop and evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications to identify current-state vs future-state gaps.
  • •Create BRDs and translate requirements into use cases/functional specifications for customization.
  • •Build business process models and logical data models, and document standards, guidance, and business rules.
  • •Analyze and propose enhancements to business processes, reports, and applications; document defects and work toward technical compatibility and end-user satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of Business Analyst experience.
  • •Retail Energy experience (must have), including CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, Sales, and C&I/Mass Market products.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required; major in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or Business (Financial Engineering preferred).
  • •Experience interviewing client executives to gather and document requirements and map processes.
  • •Experience planning and executing related projects, including strong proposal and presentation writing skills.
