Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and execute account SLAs and serve as the primary point of contact for auction vendors/clients.
  • •Engage clients to understand requirements, upsell Cox Automotive products and services, and ensure work is completed to client expectations.
  • •Review vehicles in the sale line-up, locate missing vehicles, and coordinate with account representatives to ensure vehicles are ready and parked on time.
  • •Monitor vehicle reconditioning processes, support client teams, and communicate with stakeholders to keep auction operations running smoothly.
  • •Provide education on company products and services, including condition report and imaging audits (with assistance from more senior peers and departments).

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years of experience in a related field, with minimum 1 year in automotive or related work.

  • •Valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record.
  • •Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and/or general auto body knowledge is a plus.
