Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment including piping, rooftop units, chillers, pumps, motors, compressors, valves, split systems, cooling towers, and humidity controls.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and initiate follow-up actions as required.
  • •Maintain, repair, and/or replace HVAC controls including DDC and pneumatic systems; support the site EMS.
  • •Adjust and maintain oil/gas burners, clean boiler combustion chambers and flues, and perform daily inspections and repairs.
  • •Calculate heating/cooling load and head load data, perform daily housekeeping, maintain records, retrieve materials, and follow safety rules.
