Field Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair a fleet of rental and customer heavy equipment and aerial lifts at the Tacoma facility. Create and manage work orders using EquipmentShare technology, track service intervals, diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/diesel issues, and order parts. Perform safe repairs using independent judgment, assist in training lower-level technicians, keep daily work documentation up to date, and help with equipment/parts pickup and delivery when needed.
