Job Summary

Own the global product design for TikTok Shop shipping and fulfillment experiences, including delivery-time (EDT) prediction/display, shipping fee strategy, and service workflows. Analyze shipping and fulfillment across countries, regions, and merchant segments to define merchant-facing processes and integration solutions. Partner with Business, Operations, Data, Engineering, and Algorithm teams to address seller/consumer pain points and deliver launches that improve shipping cost and experience for global e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze shipping services across countries and regions and plan/design shipping services, including EDT prediction/display and shipping fee strategy
•Analyze fulfillment workflows across countries and merchant segments to design merchant-facing shipping processes aligned with service capabilities
•Define open platform integration solutions tailored to local ISV ecosystems and merchant usage patterns
•Partner with Business, Operations, and Data teams to address seller and consumer pain points and drive consumer/merchant experience and shipping cost outcomes
•Collaborate with Engineering and Algorithm teams to advance projects and ensure launches meet goals; continuously optimize and innovate global e-commerce shipping services

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above
•Industry experience in the global e-commerce industry with a basic understanding of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment processes
•Motivated to provide product solutions for complex problems and continuously conduct analysis and optimization
•Good communication, teamwork, and project management skills
•Ability to think and design shipping/fulfillment services across countries and regions
