Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and reconcile general ledger accounting activity, maintaining data integrity consistent with U.S. GAAP
  • •Process adjustments for payroll and benefit accruals, including manual accrual adjustments in Oracle and SAP
  • •Perform reconciliation between accounts and financial systems, including cash receipt/disbursement and balance sheet reconciliations
  • •Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger with corrective action
  • •Coordinate monthly collection of bank statements and supporting documentation and support interim and year-end external audit testing

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
  • •Demonstrated effective use of Microsoft Excel
  • •Experience processing accrual activity and reconciliations using Oracle and SAP Financial Systems
  • •Strong problem-solving and written and oral communication skills
