Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead teams of estimators, customer service representatives, and project lead personnel to process orders, service customers, manage risk, and improve internal processes.
  • •Develop and streamline processes to manage sales orders and maintain a long-term schedule across product lines.
  • •Forecast shipments monthly, quarterly, and annually, and review customer purchase orders for compliance with approved price levels, terms, and cycle commitments.
  • •Serve as a liaison between sales and manufacturing to predict demand, drive asset utilization, and proactively manage COGs while resolving customer service issues.
  • •Proactively minimize, respond to, and negotiate customer back charges; manage the change order process to minimize scope creep; ensure orders are delivered on-time and on budget.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree or equivalent industry experience required; MBA preferred.
  • •5+ years sales and/or operations management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to read and understand blueprints and contracts.
  • •Strong business and financial acumen to drive profitable sales and business decisions.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software; process improvement or lean manufacturing certification preferred.
