Key Responsibilities

  • •Connect Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market by turning product strategy into execution across the product lifecycle.
  • •Build and scale Voice of Customer systems and use feedback to create actionable product signals.
  • •Establish measurement for product success and user impact using analytics dashboards, KPIs, and hypotheses.
  • •Create operating systems for the Product org: improve development processes, tooling, planning cycles, and run-of-business mechanisms.
  • •Run early access programs and alpha testing, coordinate launches end-to-end, and maintain roadmap visibility across GTM, Legal, and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a closely related operational role at a high-growth tech/SaaS company.
  • •Built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully, not just maintained inherited ones.
  • •Experience working with AI-native products where model quality and output reliability are central to user experience.
  • •Translate qualitative and quantitative data (usage, feedback themes, retention signals) into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
