Bridge business strategy and IT execution for a major data centralization program using Oracle PDH and Informatica MDM. Own the product backlog, guide phased implementations, ensure data governance and quality, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and drive adoption and change management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, maintain, and prioritize the business backlog for the hybrid Oracle PDH/Informatica MDM platform; translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
•Lead phased implementations; partner with IT to transition Phase 1 to steady state and plan future phases over 2–4 years.
•Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and quality metrics across cross-functional systems.
•Serve as the primary liaison between IT/development teams and business stakeholders to ensure the MDM solution meets diverse needs.
•Drive adoption of the platform through training, documentation, and SME support for ongoing operations.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Data Analyst with experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Data Management systems
•Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle processes
•Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management in Jira or Azure DevOps, and sprint ceremonies
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no sponsorship)
