Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, maintain, and prioritize the business backlog for the hybrid Oracle PDH/Informatica MDM platform; translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
  • •Lead phased implementations; partner with IT to transition Phase 1 to steady state and plan future phases over 2–4 years.
  • •Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and quality metrics across cross-functional systems.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between IT/development teams and business stakeholders to ensure the MDM solution meets diverse needs.
  • •Drive adoption of the platform through training, documentation, and SME support for ongoing operations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Data Analyst with experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Data Management systems
  • •Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle processes
  • •Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management in Jira or Azure DevOps, and sprint ceremonies
  • •Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no sponsorship)
