Job Summary

Seasoned HR Business Partner embedded in Sonar’s GTM organisation, partnering with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Sales leadership to design org structures, drive performance, and shape people strategy. You’ll synthesize attrition, engagement, and performance data into actionable recommendations, run workforce planning, and collaborate with the HR Operations and broader People teams to scale processes using AI-assisted tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with GTM leaders as a strategic thought partner on org design, performance, and people decisions with data-driven recommendations
•Turn people data into decisions by synthesising org structure, attrition, engagement, and performance into clear recommendations for leaders
•Manage the full ER case load for your portfolio with coaching and resolution, while building manager capability to reduce volume over time
•Collaborate with the full People team on cross-functional priorities, programs, initiatives, and quarterly goals that move the business
•Run org design and workforce planning conversations with leaders, including what-if scenarios and succession gap analysis

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience as HRBP or senior People Partner in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company with GTM exposure
•Strong understanding of the GTM environment: quota cycles, sales leadership dynamics, and revenue-generating talent management
•Strong ER experience and judgment, able to manage difficult conversations with clarity and care
•Org design thinking: ability to diagnose team structure tensions and provide actionable recommendations
•Be a direct, trusted communicator who de-complexifies corporate narratives into practical guidance for leaders
