Job Summary

Maintain client IT infrastructure as a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2), proactively monitoring and resolving incidents and requests within SLAs. Manage work queues and update tickets with actions taken, identify and log issues before escalation, and audit tickets for quality. Execute and document changes with risk mitigation, collaborate with L1 and other teams, support automation opportunities, handle client escalations, and assist with disaster recovery activities and tests.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems while restoring services and ensuring client satisfaction.
•Manage work queues, address incidents and requests within agreed SLAs, and update tickets with actions taken.
•Identify, analyse, and log issues before they escalate; collaborate with teams and clients to provide second-level support and efficient problem resolution.
•Execute changes with risk mitigation and contribute to change management with detailed documentation; audit incident and request tickets for quality and recommend improvements.
•Handle client escalations professionally, support automation opportunities, and assist with disaster recovery functions and tests when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Moderate-level experience in managed services roles handling cross-technology infrastructure.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience working with vendors and third parties.
•Proficiency in planning activities and projects while accounting for changing circumstances.
•Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
