Architectural design lead responsible for developing and executing design solutions for new retail stores, extensions, refurbishments, and adaptive reuse across the company’s portfolio. Ensures functional, aesthetic, and compliant designs within budget, aligned with brand standards, and integrated into construction execution. Works with internal brand teams, coordinates with MEP/structural/interior disciplines, and guides site execution from concept to completion.
