Client Service Representative (Gaithersburg Square Branch)

Deliver best-in-class client experience while handling teller transactions and providing sales/service solutions. Build positive relationships by communicating the value of bank products, greeting and assisting clients by phone/email/in person, and accurately explaining policies and services. Open business and consumer accounts, cross-sell products, refer client needs to partner teams, process transactions, complete required documentation, and maintain compliance with BSA/AML policies.
