Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, managing, and business development. Grow revenue by expanding small business expertise and delivering new client strategies through face-to-face appointments and outbound calling. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and ethics, while partnering with IRM and operations leaders. Oversee human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling.
