Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare vehicles and panels for paint work using DA orbital sanders and other preparation tools.
  • •Sand and feather-edge repaired areas for proper adhesion and finish quality.
  • •Assist with masking, taping, and protecting vehicles before entering the paint booth.
  • •Load and stage vehicles in paint booths as needed and serve as backup for the Buffing Technician when required.
  • •Perform minor body repairs, follow repair orders within production timelines, and complete quality control inspections while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
