•Lead and execute operational risk reviews, issue validations, continuous monitoring, and ORR projects per methodology, timelines, and quality expectations.
•Support ORR process improvement, including guidance material development and data/reporting enhancements to improve consistency and transparency.
•Coordinate review activities across analysts and stakeholders, including planning, role clarification, progress monitoring, and escalation of issues.
•Lead issue validation by assessing whether corrective actions address root cause, evidence supports closure, and remediation is sustainably implemented.
•Evaluate processes, controls, documentation, systems, data, and evidence; develop audit-ready workpapers and executive-ready summaries, including dashboard-based trend and anomaly analysis.
