Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience as in-house legal counsel or in a law firm/big4, with proven commercial law experience.
  • •Experience in commercial law, consumer and antitrust and/or labor law.
  • •Excellent English for speaking and drafting.
  • •Bachelor of Laws in Romania or a European country that can be validated in Romania.
  • •Highly motivated in startups and new technologies; problem-solving and strong organization/detail-oriented approach.
