Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, including root-cause investigation and escalation with store leadership.
  • •Support operational workflows such as shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Partner with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to keep operations maintained and maximized.
  • •Support a safe, efficient work environment through strong stockroom standards and maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
