Key Responsibilities

  • •Own training courses assigned for training transformation, ensuring inclusive, learner-centric and engaging content design.
  • •Follow end-to-end training design processes and ensure DSAT compliance, addressing and escalating delivery-impacting challenges.
  • •Produce high-quality training design, e-learning, and courseware materials using varied media and technology.
  • •Develop and refine instructional strategy by analyzing and implementing changes to training programmes and methodologies.
  • •Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and incorporate internal/external validation changes to keep training up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous role in a Learning and Development environment.
  • •Experience using ADDIE model and Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) for training design.
  • •Training and/or Instructional Design experience.
  • •Knowledge of UK Ministry of Defence procedures and policies.
  • •Ability to contribute in a team environment to develop creative solutions to technical problems.
