Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation of HSE Management Systems across all field operations and promote a proactive safety culture through coaching and visible leadership.
  • •Provide operational HSE oversight for activities such as ATG installation/commissioning, fuel station maintenance, electrical and instrumentation works, underground tank/piping, calibration/testing, and contractor-managed maintenance.
  • •Review and approve JSA/JHA, risk assessments, and method statements; ensure Permit to Work (PTW) compliance and controls for hot work, electrical isolation (LOTO), excavation, confined space entry, work at height, lifting, breaking containment, and hazardous area operations.
  • •Perform routine HSE inspections, planned/unannounced audits, and ensure corrective actions are closed with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead incident, near-miss, and unsafe condition investigations, conduct Root Cause Analysis, manage corrective/preventive actions, and coordinate training, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and environmental compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of HSE experience within the Oil & Gas industry, including support for multi-site field operations.
  • •Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or servicing of fuel retail, terminal, pipeline, or petroleum facilities.
  • •Experience managing HSE performance for geographically dispersed field teams.
  • •NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) (mandatory).
