Job Summary

Work on AI Agent and large-model application systems for intelligent hardware and real-world scenarios. Design technical solutions including model selection, SFT fine-tuning, and RAG implementation, then support deployment. Key Responsibilities

•Design technical solutions including model selection, fine-tuning (SFT), RAG implementation, and application deployment.
•Research and verify the latest global large model technologies (e.g., GPT, Gemini, LLaMA series) and apply them to improve performance and user experience.
•Collaborate with algorithm, product, and business teams to identify industry pain points and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
•Design and optimize large-model application workflows using agent and tool-calling technologies to expand scenario coverage and improve automation.
•Create and maintain technical documentation, project summaries, and experience artifacts to strengthen the team’s knowledge system.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Deep understanding of large-model and deep-learning fundamentals and familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
•Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and the ability to independently solve complex technical problems.
•Strong self-learning ability and adaptability to quickly master new large-model technologies and tools.
•Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin and the ability to collaborate across teams to advance project progress.
