Job Summary

Define and execute the enterprise data strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes. Lead a high-performing organization that provides actionable insights, embeds data-driven decision-making across Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain, and modernizes the data ecosystem with self-service analytics. Own the multi-year roadmap, unified data platform integrating ERP, OT, and external intelligence, and the architecture, governance, and delivery of forecasting and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership across Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain to drive business performance.
•Translate business priorities into data and analytics solutions with clear, actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
•Define and execute a multi-year data and analytics roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy.
•Design and implement a modern data platform, including automation and data pipelines that reduce manual reporting and IT dependency.
•Oversee delivery of advanced analytics, forecasting, and predictive models, and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in data and analytics, including leadership of enterprise-scale teams.
•Build and lead results-driven, agile teams, with proven experience partnering with executive stakeholders.
•Deliver actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes and define KPIs aligned to enterprise value.
•Design and implement self-service analytics environments that reduce reliance on IT for reporting.
•Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, SAP, Infor M3, MuleSoft, and Salesforce, including integrating OT data with enterprise systems (manufacturing/industrial experience).
