Job Summary

Own customer acquisition strategy and performance for a portfolio of four fashion/lifestyle eCommerce brands. Lead full-funnel growth across paid search, paid social, display, connected TV (CTV), and affiliate, using testing and optimization to improve ROAS and CAC. Partner with Analytics, Creative, Merchandising, and Product to align acquisition efforts with business goals, refine targeting and attribution, and deliver reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and licensee partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee customer acquisition efforts across four fashion/lifestyle eCommerce brands, balancing growth objectives, budgets, and acquisition goals.
•Develop and lead acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, display, CTV, affiliate marketing, and emerging growth channels.
•Create campaigns to maximize new customer acquisition and drive scalable growth across multiple eCommerce websites.
•Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Merchandising, and Product to optimize audience targeting, messaging, creative performance, and landing page conversion.
•Manage full-funnel acquisition campaigns and testing (channels, audiences, creative, bidding) to achieve growth targets and improve traffic, conversion, ROAS, and acquisition efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in acquisition or performance marketing focused on paid search, paid social, display, connected TV (CTV), affiliate, and other digital channels.
•Proven track record developing and executing customer acquisition strategies for high-growth eCommerce or omnichannel retail businesses.
•Experience managing acquisition marketing across multiple brands or business units with competing priorities.
•Hands-on experience managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, connected TV (CTV), affiliate marketing, and programmatic display.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns, including deep understanding of targeting, segmentation, attribution, conversion optimization, ROAS, and CAC.
